Join us for a festive opening of When You Grow Old, Your Heart Dies, a thoughtful photography exhibition by our member, artist Mia Komel. Spanning the globe, the exhibition captures fleeting moments in which personal histories touch the universal. Expect light refreshments, libations and mingling!

Get to know Mia – the artist whose work will be adorning Temescal Works for the next month! Originally from Brazil, Mia, a winner of an innovation award in her home country, moved to the U.S to expand on her career as a product manager for some of the Bay Area’s leading tech companies.

A local baker and expert on Eastern European cuisine, Halya will spoil us with stuffed piroshki (mini buns), filled crepes and other delicious bites. Leave some room for her famous honey cake!

Our monthly socials give members a chance to get to know each other better in a relaxed setting while showcasing local eateries. We recently broke bread together enjoying delicious breads from local baker Ed’s Breads.
The event was a big success! We’re now taking weekly member orders for bread.
